OBBO measuring and test systems can be used for simple checking of the sparkover voltages on varistor arresters and the insulation of lightning current spark gaps. The battery-operated ISOLAB enables an arrester to be checked in situ. The PCS magnetic card system can test the efficiency of external lightning system.
